How you can make your mark

Based on your experience and with the support of the design department, your role within the Métal Duquet team will be essential to the design of projects. More specifically, you will be responsible for:

Creating 3D models of furniture and stainless steel components based on specifications, plans, or sketches.
Creating complex assemblies (bent and welded parts) while integrating manufacturing constraints.
Standardize and optimize technical drawings to simplify assembly and production.
Adjust plans based on customer feedback and site realities.
Check feasibility upstream and propose creative solutions to technical challenges.
Collaborate daily with project managers and the director of operations and innovation to propose your ideas and contribute to process development.

Your skills to contribute to the power of stainless steel

You have a college diploma in industrial design or a vocational diploma in industrial drawing—or equivalent experience that demonstrates your expertise—and at least two years of experience in modeling.
You are proficient in 3D drawing and able to transform sketches or ideas into clear, effective, production-ready models.
You have practical experience with Solid Edge (an asset) or other CAD software that you use in a professional context.
You work with rigor, method, and a real attention to detail in the completion of custom projects.
You bring a positive attitude, good team spirit, and a desire to contribute to a pleasant work environment.
